Return Policy: Because Even the Best CatSlaves Change Their Minds

We get it. Sometimes your cat turns their nose up at the thing you thought they’d adore—or maybe you just changed your mind. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your goodies to decide whether to keep ‘em or send ‘em back to the Pau & Sun mothership.

Eligibility to Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and still sporting its original swagger (aka tags and packaging).
  • In the same purrfect condition you received it.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (we’re good, but we’re not psychic).

How to Start a Return

Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label.
  • Simple, clear-as-catnip instructions.
  • The return address for our humble HQ in Bangkok.

Heads Up!

Please don’t send anything back without getting the OK from us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted—no ifs, ands, or cat hairs.

Damaged, Defective, or Just Wrong

Snapped leash? Torn tee? Received a litter box instead of a cat bowl (yikes)? Let us know immediately. If something’s off, we’ll fix it.

No-Take-Backs (Aka Non-Returnable Items)

Some things can’t come back:

  • Perishables (yes, even freeze-dried salmon snacks)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Beauty or hygiene goods (because… eww)
  • Hazardous stuff or flammables (we like drama, just not fire)

Also, we don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sorry, CatSlave—no loopholes here.

Want an Exchange?

The quickest move: return the item you don’t want and order the one you do once we green-light the return. Boom. Catnap-worthy efficiency.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit cards sometimes like to take their sweet time—please allow a few extra days before calling us in a panic.
